This tutorial will walk through the entire Hoverdia Eighteen puzzle till completion.

This unique puzzle is also very suitable for exercising both your left and right brain simultaneously.

HOVERDIA EIGHTEEN consists of 64 boxes (8x8 grid).

The main objective is to fill the remaining empty boxes with a number ranging from 1 to 8 inclusively in each box without repeating it in all the horizontal and vertical blocks [Rule1], and the numbers should sum up to 18 [Rule 2] in the HOVERDIA EIGHTEEN.

This is a Two-In-One logic-number puzzle.

There are two major steps in decoding this puzzle:-

Identify the pre-set orfilled-in numbers; and determine a list of the remaining missing numbers by applying Rule 1 on the long block (8 boxes);

and

Fill in the empty boxes with the missing numbers from the list of the remaining missing numbers by applying Rule 2 on the short block (4 boxes).

Rule 1 and Rule 2 may be applied interchangeably.
